Procrastinating is a talent. It's my craft, a gift really. I have been working my way up in the ranks and this year I finally mastered it. This has nothing to do directly with the post (I'm blogging while I should be doing my analytical rough draft for poetry... sorry Mrs. C!). On the upside, my blog post relates to my paper! Have you ever heard of ee cummings? Yeah, I hadn't either. He's a really cool poet though so y'all should take a look at him! Me gusta muchoooo! Basically he's like my guy. He doesn't use capitalization i'm gonna start doing that. (see what i did there? and there...). Also, he uses parenthesis! I don't know if you've noticed yet, but I use those babies a lot. A LOT, A LOT! Twice already in this blog post! Oh you went back and looked, did you? Now you're going to notice it and that's all you'll ever notice and you'll never pay attention to the content of my genuis writing ever again! (Blatant lie. You couldn't escape it even if you feel off the edge of the earth into the wide open mouth of a TRex!) I'm having so much fun not writing my paper right now. Again, sorry Mrs. Cardona if you read this! I hope this is a post she chooses to neglect and lets it sit in the corner licking its wounds, trying to cope in a moderately healthy way with the after math of abandonment and rejection. Was that a run on sentence? Since when do I care? I should care.... I should do my paper....
Love. That's ultimately what I was going to write about. That and the use of lower case letters.
This blog started out as an assignment for my AP Composition class. We had weekly assignments (which I didn't always do). I dreaded it at first, but now I love it. It was once named WiLd AdV3NtUr3s WiTh M3 or some variation of that. I changed the name in order to have a fresh start. Wonderstruck is a word that I fell in love with because of Taylor Swift's song Enchanted. This blog now is my source of venting. Truly it will be an insight to the inner-workings of my brain. Lucky you!
