Be Sore Tomorrow or Be Sorry Tomorrow

Exercise: You either love it or hate it. Personally, I love it (when it's over). For me, the hard part is mustering up the motivation. I have this horrible habit of being lazy. I get home from school and all I want to do is sit on my couch and watch TV and eat and nap. Fortunately, track season is coming up! I'm so grateful that my coaches chose me to be a captain! Because this is my last year competing, I want to be prepared for the season and do my best. Do you know what that means? Working out. No more lazy days for me if I want to be successful this season. I guess you need to make sacrifices for what you love, right? I sure hope it pays off...
