Should I be desperately depressed that I don't have a date for Valentine's Day tomorrow? Whether or not I should be isn't the question. Am I? That's the more important question. To answer such a burning question, no I am not desperately depressed about tomorrow. In fact, I'm looking forward to it. Okay, that's a bit of a stretch.... Although I am looking forward to seeing The Vow. An epic love story that will probably make me produce tears as quickly and as abundantly as bunnies reproduce. All I know for sure is Channing Tatum is one good looking mother trucker.
If you're single on V-day, trust me it's a-okay! I don't know why everyone gets so upset when it can be a productive day designated to working on your relationship with yourself. Smart girls know that you need to love yourself before you can love someone else. Man, I wish I would've accepted that idea the last couple of years. It would've saved me a lot of Kleenex. Like boxes.
This blog started out as an assignment for my AP Composition class. We had weekly assignments (which I didn't always do). I dreaded it at first, but now I love it. It was once named WiLd AdV3NtUr3s WiTh M3 or some variation of that. I changed the name in order to have a fresh start. Wonderstruck is a word that I fell in love with because of Taylor Swift's song Enchanted. This blog now is my source of venting. Truly it will be an insight to the inner-workings of my brain. Lucky you!
